- 본 발명은, 탄소섬유복합재의 제조방법 및 탄소섬유복합재에 관한 것으로서, 하나 또는 복수 개의 섬유시트를 준비하는 단계; 필름 구조를 가지며, 고분자 폴리머 매트릭스에 함침 되어 있는 탄소나노소재를 구비하는 탄소나노복합소재 필름을 하나 또는 복수 개 준비하는 단계; 상기 섬유시트와 상기 탄소나노복합소재 필름을 1회 이상 적층하여 적층유닛을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 적층유닛에 열과 압력을 가하여 상기 탄소나노복합소재 필름의 상기 고분자 폴리머를 녹여서 상기 탄소나노소재와 상기 섬유시트를 일체로 함침 시키는 단계를 포함한다.
