- Abstract
- 다중 분석을 위한 원심력 기반 미세 유동장치 및 이를 이용한 분석 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 미세 유동장치는 플랫폼과, 플랫폼의 내부에 형성되며 복수의 챔버 및 챔버들 사이에 위치하는 밸브를 구비하는 미세 유동 구조물을 포함한다. 미세 유동 구조물은 시료 주입구와 연결된 시료 분리 챔버와, 서로 다른 종류의 표적 물질에 특이적으로 반응하는 2종 이상의 표지 인자들을 종류별로 나누어 수용하는 복수의 반응 챔버를 포함한다.
