- Abstract
- 본 발명은 환원 그래핀 옥사이드의 층상 자기조립법을 이용한 그래핀 투명 박막의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법에 따라 얻어진 그래핀 투명 박막을 이용한 유기발광장치(OLED)에의 적용에 관한 것으로, 상기 그래핀 투명 박막의 제조방법은 반대로 하전된 환원 그래핀 옥사이드의 나노시트 간의 정전기적 상호작용을 사용하여 층상 자기 조립함으로써 간단하고 손쉽게 그래핀 시트에 다층을 삽입할 수 있으며, 이렇게 얻어진 그래핀 박막은 두께, 투광도 및 시트 저항성 측면에서 정밀하게 제어 가능하므로, OLED 장치에서 투명 전극으로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
