- Abstract
- 본 발명은 탄소 양자점과 금속 나노입자가 결합된 복합체에 관한 것으로서, UV 조사를 이용하는 간단한 방법을 통해 제조될 수 있으며, 표면 플라스몬 공명을 극대화시키는 효과를 가지므로, 광전자 소자에 유용하게 활용할 수 있으며 특히 PLED 및 PSC 의 성능을 모두 향상시킬 수 있다.
