- Abstract
- 본 발명은 붕소와 질소가 동시에 도핑된 반도체용 그래핀 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 반도체용 그래핀 및 이의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 그래핀은 질소와 붕소를 동시에 도핑하여 반도체로 사용이 가능하다. 그리하여 종래 제조방법에 의해 제조된 그래핀의 경우 물리적, 화학적, 전기적 안정성에도 불구하고 밴드갭이 없어 반도체로 사용이 불가능하던 그래핀을 반도체로 사용할 수 있게 되어, 그래핀의 적용 분야가 보다 다양해지는 효과가 있다. 또한 분산성이 우수한 그래핀의 제공이 가능하다.
