- Abstract
- 본 발명은 질소 함유 다공성 2차원 결정성 구조의 그래핀에 관한 것으로서, 질소 및 세공을 포함하고, 상기 질소 및 세공이 규칙적으로 분포되어 있으며, 층상 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하고, 본 발명에 따르면, 간단한 상향식 유기 반응을 통하여 높은 결정도를 갖는 마이크로미터 규모의 다공성을 갖는 질소 함유 결정 구조의 그래핀을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 질소 함유 다공성 결정 구조의 그래핀(C2N-h2D)은 독특한 기하학적 구조와 전자 구조로 인하여 반도체, 비금속 자화 소재, 생체 센서, 전기화학 촉매 등 다양한 분야에서 활용할 수 있다.
