- 본 발명은 일면에 관통공을 구비한 챔버; 흑연과 기화 물질을 수용하고, 상기 챔버의 관통공과 대응되는 위치에 개구를 구비하여 상기 챔버의 외부에 장착되는 실린더; 상기 챔버의 내부에서 상기 챔버의 관통공을 관통하여 상기 실린더의 개구를 선택적으로 밀폐하는 클램프; 및 상기 클램프와 연결되고, 상기 클램프가 상기 실린더의 개구를 선택적으로 밀폐하도록 상기 클램프를 이동시키는 작동 기구를 포함하는 그래핀 박리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 황산을 사용하지 않고, 고온의 열처리 공정을 수행하지 않고 흑연을 팽창시켜 그래핀을 제조할 수 있다.
