- 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 관한 것으로, 리튬을 도프 및 탈도프할 수 있는 물질; 및 상기 리튬을 도프 및 탈도프할 수 있는 물질 표면에 형성된 0.1 내지 3㎛ 크기의 다수의 외부기공;을 포함하고, 상기 리튬을 도프 및 탈도프할 수 있는 물질은 Si를 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질을 이용하여, 리튬 이차전지의 충전/방전 시 부피 팽창이 적은 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질을 제공할 수 있다.
