- Abstract
- 본 발명은 수퍼캐패시터용 금/금속 산화물 또는 수산화물 복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 삼차원(3D) 구조의 금속 산화물 또는 수산화물, 및 상기 금속 산화물 또는 수산화물의 표면 상에 분산된 형태로 증착된 금(Au) 나노입자를 포함하는, 본 발명의 금/금속 산화물 또는 수산화물 복합체는 향상된 용량값, 우수한 방전용량비 거동 및 우수한 싸이클 안정성 등 우수한 전기화학적 성능을 제공하므로, 수퍼캐패시터용 전극의 제조에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
