- Abstract
- 본 발명은 수개층으로 이루어진 3차원 나노발포체 구조의 그래핀(3D-NFG, three-dimensional nano-foam of few-layer graphene)을 포함하는 열전 재료 또는 상기 그래핀을 열전 재료로 사용하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 3차원 나노발포체 구조의 그래핀은 높은 전기 전도도 및 낮은 열전도도를 통해 우수한 열전 특성을 나타내는바, 열전 재료 또는 열전 소자에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
