본 발명은 니트로아렌계 화합물 환원용 촉매 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 촉매는 두 반대되는 전하로 하전된 무기 나노입자와 그래핀 산화물 나노시트를 포함하는 현탁액의 정전기적 자가 조립에 의해 제조되며, 유리 리간드로 피복된 무기 나노입자, 및 상기 무기 나노입자를 담지하는 그래핀 산화물 나노시트를 포함한다.
상기 니트로아렌계 화합물 환원용 촉매는, 무기 나노입자와 그래핀 산화물 나노시트의 시너지적 촉매 효과에 의해 니트로아렌계 화합물의 환원반응에 대해 높은 촉매 활성을 나타낼 뿐 아니라, 개선된 촉매 안정성을 제공할 수 있다.
