- Abstract
- 본 발명은 CF3로 작용기화된 중공 형태의 구형체를 포함하는 소수성 나노 그래핀 적층체로서, 상기 구형체의 입경이 0.2 내지 1.0 ㎛이고, 상기 나노 그래핀 적층체의 두께가 0.4 내지 10.0 ㎛이며, 접촉각이 130 내지 160˚인 소수성 나노 그래핀 적층체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 소수성 나노 그래핀 투명성을 가지면서도, 적당한 표면 조도와 함께 낮은 표면에너지를 가져 높은 수접촉각을 가지므로, 그래핀계 전극과 같은 그래핀 소자로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
