- 본 발명의 일 구현예는 Cu: 100중량% 순수 구리 또는 Cu: 97 내지 100미만 중량% 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 구리 를 포함하는 기재 및 상기 기재의 일면 또는 양면에 위치하는 그래핀층을 포함하는 부식 방지층 을 포함하고, 상기 부식 방지층의 2D 밴드의 반가폭이 40cm-1이하인 것인, 부식 방지 금속 기재를 제공한다.
