- 본 발명은 다수의 기공을 갖는 전극 활물질 및 이를 포함하는 이차전지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 SiOx(0.5≤x≤1.2)로 표시되는 규소계 산화물을 포함하고, 2 - 100㎡/g의 BET 비표면적을 갖는 다공성 전극 활물질, 및 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극; 분리막; 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극; 및 전해질을 포함하는 이차전지로서, 상기 음극 활물질은 SiOx(0.5≤x≤1.2)로 표시되는 규소계 산화물을 포함하고, 2 - 100 ㎡/g의 BET 비표면적을 갖는 다공성 전극 활물질을 포함하는 이차전지에 관한 것이다.
