- Abstract
- 본 발명은 금속산화물을 적용한 전극물질에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 금속산화물을 적용한 전극물질에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물은 화학식 Mx-MnO2로 표현되는 이산화망간 나노시트(상기 화학식 중 M은 Li, Na, K 및 Cs로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 알칼리금속이고, 0.2≤x≤1.0)를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물을 적용한 전극물질에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 벌크상보다 훨씬 큰 표면적을 갖기 때문에 높은 비정전용량을 가지면서도 안정성이 우수한 2차원 구조의 이산화망간 나노시트를 포함한 금속산화물을 적용한 전극물질을 제공한다.
