- Abstract
- 본 발명은 망간산화물 나노구조체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 +2가의 산화수를 갖는 수용성 망간전구체 화합물을 산화제 존재하에 수용액상에서 1일 이상 산화시켜 δ-MnO2, γ-MnO2 및 α-MnO2 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 결정성 이산화망간 나노구조체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 이산화망간 나노구조체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 망간산화물 나노구조체는 특수한 장비나 물질, 주형(template) 없이 저온 저압의 조건하에서 합성이 가능하여 기존의 나노 구조체 합성법에 비해 경제성과 용이성이 우수하고, 반응시간의 조절로 이산화망간 나노구조체의 결정구조 및 결정형태의 제어가 가능하며 우수한 슈퍼캐패시터용 전극활성을 지닌다.
