- Abstract
- 리튬 이차전지의 음극 활물질의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 이 제조 방법은 리튬을 도프 및 탈도프할 수 있는 코어 물질을 준비하는 단계; 상기 코어 물질의 표면을 활성화시키는 단계; 상기 표면이 활성화된 코어 물질, 리튬 전구체, 및 티타늄 전구체를 혼합한 후 열처리하는 단계; 및 리튬 티타늄 산화물 및 리튬 실리케이트를 포함하는 코팅층이 형성된 음극 활물질을 수득하는 단계; 를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 코어 물질의 표면을 친수성화하는 단계는, 상기 코어 물질의 표면을 과산화수소수, 질산, 황산, 알코올계열, 또는 이들의 조합을 이용하여 상기 코어 물질의 표면을 친수성화하는 단계인 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
