- 본 발명은 aaeXAB 프로모터 영역 및 상기 프로모터 영역에 작동 가능하게 연결된 리포터 유전자를 포함하는 벡터를 E.coli DH5α 균주에 형질전환시켜 제조된 재조합 균주를 포함하는 바이오센서, 및 이를 이용한 리그닌 가수분해물 내의 페놀류 화합물 검출 방법에 관한 것이다.
