- Abstract
- 리그닌 가수분해물에 포함되어 있는 페놀류 화합물 등의 존재 및 독성을 평가하기 위한 바이오센서가 제공되며, 더욱 구체적으로 상기 바이오센서는 E. coli 균주 BL21(DE3)의 inaA 프로모터(염기서열 3) 및; 상기 프로모터에 작동 가능하게 연결된 발광 유전자(lux gene)를 포함하는 유전자 구조체로 형질 전환된 E. coli 균주 BL21(DE3)/pSP4이다.
