- Abstract
- 본 발명은 리그노셀룰로스계 바이오매스를 이용한 당화합물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 유성분쇄 방식, 또는 마멸분쇄 방식의 물리적 전처리 단계에 의하여 리그닌의 결합을 깨뜨리고 효소의 접근성을 높임으로써 독성 부산물의 발생과 바이오매스의 손실을 줄이고 당 수율을 향상시켜 생물전환을 통하여 친환경적으로 바이오연료를 생산할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 바이오매스의 농도, 분쇄 시간, 효소 처리시간 및 효소 사용량을 최적화하여 소요 에너지와 비용 및 공정시간을 최소화할 수 있는 리그노셀룰로스계 바이오매스를 이용한 당화합물의 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
