- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 절연 기판 상에 명확하고 균일한 패턴을 형성할 수 있는 전기수력학적현상을 이용한 프린팅 장치 및 프린팅 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 전기수력학적현상을 이용한 프린팅 장치는, 잉크를 수용하고 잉크를 절연 기판에 토출하는 노즐; 노즐에 교류 전압을 인가하도록, 노즐에 전기적으로 연결된 교류 전원; 및 노즐과 연결되어 노즐에 공기압을 제공하는 공압 부재;를 포함한다.
