- 본 발명은 NqrC 및 ApbE 단백질을 함유하는 세포를 포함하는 프로테아좀 억제제의 스크리닝용 조성물, NqrC와 ApbE의 상호작용을 이용한 프로테아좀 억제제 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 세포에 NqrC 단백질 및 ApbE 단백질을 발현시키는 발현단계; 상기 세포에 프로테아좀 억제제 후보물질을 접촉시키는 접촉단계; 및 상기 후보물질에 의해 프로테아좀의 활성이 억제되는지 여부를 측정하는 측정단계를 포함하는 프로테아좀 억제제 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다.
