- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 사이클로메탈화 전이금속 착물을 포함하는 항암용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 발광성 금속 복합체인 이리듐 또는 로듐계의 사이클로메탈화 전이금속 착물을 이용하여 선택적으로 암세포 내 단백질을 광화학적 가교반응을 유발하여 단백질 변형을 유도하고 암세포의 사멸을 야기할 수 있는, 항암용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다.
