- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 스커미온 가이딩을 위한 메탈 구조물은, 자성층과, 상기 자성층의 선폭보다 상대적으로 작은 선폭을 가지며, 상기 자성층의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되는 헤비메탈층을 포함하며, 상기 헤비메탈층은 상기 자성층 내의 스커미온(SKYRMION)이 상기 길이 방향을 따라 이동하도록 가이딩할 수 있다.
