- 본 발명은, 두가지 이상의 탄소나노물질을 동시 합성함으로써, 공정이 간단해지므로 비용이 절감될 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한, 순차적 합성이나 추가 공정들에 의해 발생되는 나노소재의 특성 저하가 방지될 수 있으므로, 저비용 고성능의 전자소자의 생산이 가능한 이점이 있다.
