- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 넓은 화면에 대한 요구와 휴대성에 대한 요구를 동시에 충족할 수 있고 디스플레이 화면의 연속적인 확장성을 증가할 수 있도록 배면에 단자를 형성하여 배젤 영역을 제거한 무 베젤 디스플레이 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 무 베젤 디스플레이 장치는, 전자 소자를 포함하고 상면에 위치하는 소자 영역; 전자 소자와 전기적으로 연결된 단자를 포함하고 배면에 위치하는 단자 영역; 및 소자 영역과 단자 영역 사이에 위치하고 신축성을 가지는 신축 영역;을 포함하는 신축성 기판; 신축성 기판의 신축 영역 상에 위치하고, 소자와 단자를 전기적으로 연결하고, 신축성을 가지는 신축성 배선; 및 신축성 기판의 소자 영역 상에 위치하고 전자 소자와 전기적으로 연결된 디스플레이 부재; 를 포함한다.
