- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 전기 방사 방법을 이용한 투명 전극의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 투명 전극의 제조 방법은, 제1 기판 상에 고분자 화이버를 형성하는 단계; 상기 고분자 화이버 상에 나노 물질을 방사하여, 상기 고분자 화이버의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸도록 코팅된 나노 물질층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 고분자 화이버를 제거하여, 상기 나노 물질층으로 구성된 투명 전극을 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
