- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 신축성 하이브리드 기판을 이용한 디스플레이 소자 및 그 제조방법은, 강성부와 신축부를 모두 포함하는 하이브리드 기판에 임베딩된 하부 전극과, 상기 하이브리드 기판 위에 적층 형성된 디스플레이층과 상부 전극을 포함함으로써, 기계적 인장시 디스플레이 소자의 손상이 방지되어 안정적인 동작이 가능하다.
