- Abstract
- 본 발명은 수성 2상계(aqueous two-phase system)를 이용한 박테리아와 포유동물세포의 공배양(co-culture) 방법에 관한 것이다. 보통의 세포 배양의 포맷에서 박테리아 세포들이 배지상에서 과성장(overgrow)하는 경향으로 인해 같은 배지에서 박테리아와 포유동물세포의 공배양이 어려운 점을 본 발명의 공배양방법은 수성 2상계를 이용하여 해소함으로써, 기존의 제한된 박테리아와 포유동물세포 사이에 일어나는 상호작용 연구분야에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 보인다.
