- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따르면, SAR 방식의 ADC에서 커패시터 어레이상 커패시턴스 정합을 수행함에 있어서, LSB 측 커패시터 어레이와 MSB 측 커패시터 어레이간 커패시턴스 정합과 함께 MSB 커패시터와 나머지 커패시터 어레이간 커패시턴스 정합도 수행하도록 함으로써 MSB 커패시터의 부정합에 따른 미씽 코드 발생의 문제점을 개선시키면서 전체적인 커패시턴스 정합의 향상이 가능하도록 한다.
