- Abstract
- 다중 모드 ＣＤＣ 및 ＲＤＣ 회로가 제공되며, 커패시터 또는 저항을 차동 전압 출력(Differential Voltage Output)으로 변환하고, 고해상 모드로 동작하는 듀얼 모드 CDS(Correlated Double Sampling)부, 커패시터 또는 저항의 차동 전압 출력을 디지털 데이터로 출력하고, 저전력 모드로 동작하는 CDC(Capacitance to Digital Converter)부, SAR(Successive Approximation Register) 알고리즘을 이용하여 동작하고, 듀얼 모드 CDS 또는 CDC부의 데이터를 공통으로 처리하는 SAR ADC( Analog to Digital Converter)부를 포함한다.
