- Abstract
- 본 발명은 체세포로부터 혈관 전구 세포로의 직접교차분화 유도용 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 체세포로부터 혈관 전구 세포(vascular progenitor cell)로의 직접교차분화 유도용 조성물, 허혈성 혈관질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 허혈성 혈관질환의 예방 또는 치료용 세포치료제, 허혈성 혈관질환 치료 약물 스크리닝용 조성물, 허혈성 혈관질환 치료용 인공조직 제작을 위한 3D 프린팅 생체 소재 조성물 및 체세포를 혈관 전구 세포로 직접교차분화하는 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 체세포로부터 직접교차분화를 통해 혈관 전구 세포를 제조함으로써, 혈관 전구 세포의 제조기간을 줄일 수 있으며, 유도만능줄기세포의 부작용인 기형종 형성을 피해갈 수 있도록 하여, 줄기세포 치료제의 부작용을 최소화할 수 있다.
