- Abstract
- 본 발명에서는 광대역 주파수 발생장치에 있어서, 다수의 전압 제어 발진기와 다수의 주파수 체배기로 구성되는 전압 제어 발진기를 구현하고, 전압 제어 발진기와 주파수 체배기를 연결함에 있어서 스위칭부를 통해 선택적으로 연동될 수 있도록 구현함으로서 회로의 구성을 간단히 하면서도 다양한 대역의 광범위 주파수를 보다 용이하게 생성할 수 있도록 한다.
