- 일 실시예에 따른 가열로, 내부에 작동유체가 배치되는 케이스; 상기 케이스 내에 배치되어 피가열체가 수용되는 챔버; 상기 케이스 내에서 상기 작동유체를 가열시키는 가열부; 상기 케이스의 내부 또는 외부에 배치되어 상기 작동유체가 순환되는 순환루프; 및 상기 순환루프 내 압력을 조절하는 압력 조절부;를 포함하고, 상기 순환루프 내 압력의 조절에 의해 상기 작동유체의 포화온도가 조절되고, 상기 작동유체의 온도가 상기 조절된 작동유체의 포화온도와 일치하도록 상기 가열부의 작동이 제어될 수 있다.
