| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 공기의 유속에 관계없이 일정 이상의 집진 효율을 나타낼 수 있는 소형 정전기식 미세 입자 필터를 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 상기의 목적 달성을 위하여 본 발명은, 대전된 나노 입자가 포함된 공기를 필터링하는 소형 정전기식 미세 입자 필터에 있어서, 외벽이 포함된 채널부; 상기 외벽의 끝단에 형성되어 공기가 유입하는 유입구; 상기 유입구가 형성된 외벽과 마주보는 외벽에 형성되어 공기가 유출하는 유출구; 상기 채널부의 상단에 결합하는 상단 커버; 및 상기 채널부의 하단에 결합하는 하단 커버로 구성되며, 상기 상단 커버 및 상기 하단 커버에 직류 전원이 인가되고, 상기 채널부는 길이방향의 수직으로 결합하는 복수의 차단벽을 갖는 복수의 경로벽을 포함하여, 공기가 상기 경로벽과 차단벽에 의하여 형성된 경로로 유동하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
