Abstract
구조규칙성 중형다공성 탄소-탄소나노튜브 나노 복합체 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 구조규칙성 중형다공성 탄소-탄소나노튜브 나노 복합체의 제조방법은 탄소 전구체와 구조규칙성 중형다공성 실리카의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 상기 혼합물을 탄화시켜 탄화물을 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 탄화물로부터 중형 다공성 실리카를 제거하는 단계를 포함한다.
