- Abstract
- 본 발명은 리튬이차전지용 양극재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 산화인듐 및 산화주석을 각각 원자층 증착법과 습식 코팅법으로 코팅하여 고온에서 열처리함으로써 양극재 표면에 얇고 균일하며 전자전도도가 높은 ITO 코팅층을 형성할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 전지의 출력 성능, 에너지밀도, 사이클 수명 및 고온 저장 특성이 향상된 리튬이차전지용 양극재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
