- 본 발명은 양자점 기반 태양전지에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명에 따른 양자점 기반 태양전지는 투명 전도성 전극; 상기 투명 전도성 전극 상부에 형성된 유기 정공전달층; 상기 유기 정공전달층 상부에 형성되며 무기 반도체 양자점을 포함하는 양자점층; 상기 양자점층 상부에 형성되며 금속산화물 양자점을 포함하는 전자 전달층; 상기 전자 전달층 상부에 형성된 대향전극;을 포함한다.
