- 본 발명은 리튬이온전지의 음극재용 나노와이어 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 실리콘 및 게르마늄으로 이루어진 나노와이어이고, 상기 나노와이어의 표면에서의 실리콘 함량이 게르마늄 함량보다 높으며, 상기 나노와이어의 내부는 게르마늄 함량이 실리콘 함량보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온전지의 음극재용 나노와이어 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
