본 발명은 고용량, 높은 사이클 특성, 및 우수한 전기 전도성을 나타내는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질, 이의 제조 방법 및 리튬 이차 전지에 관한 것이다.
리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질은 나노 크기의 이산화 규소 전구체를 탄소계 소재와 혼합한 후 열처리 및 실리콘으로의 환원과정을 거쳐 탄소/실리콘 복합체를 제조하는 것이다.
