- 본 발명은 탄소계 소재를 산 처리하여 상기 탄소계 소재 표면을 산화시키는 단계; 산화된 탄소계 소재 표면을 실리카로 코팅시켜 실리카 코팅층을 포함하는 탄소계 소재를 얻는 단계; 실리카 코팅층을 포함하는 탄소계 소재에서 탄소계 소재만을 제거하여 실리카 나노튜브를 얻는 단계; 실리카 나노튜브를 환원시켜 실리콘 나노튜브를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질 제조방법, 상기 제조방법에 따른 음극 활물질 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 관한 것이다.
