| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 비교적 단순한 공정으로 유연성 특성을 가는 폴리머 나노와이어 복합체 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 유연성 특성을 갖는 폴리머 나노와이어 복합체 제조 방법에 있어서, 기판을 준비하여 상기 기판 상단에 산화층을 형성하는 산화층 형성 단계; 상기 산화층 상단에 금층을 형성하는 금층 형성 단계; 상기 금층을 패턴화하기 위하여 열처리하는 열처리 단계; 상기 패턴화된 개별 금에서 출발하는 나노와이어를 성장시키는 나노와이어 형성 단계; 상기 기판 상단 나노와이어가 형성된 부분을 제외한 공간에 폴리머를 충진하는 폴리머 충진 단계; 상기 폴리머의 상단을 에칭하여 나노와이어가 상기 폴리머에 돌출되도록 하는 폴리머 에칭 단계; 및 상기 산화층을 제거한 후 폴리머 나노와이어 복합체를 얻는 산화층 에칭 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
