- 북서태평양 태풍 활동성에 대한 하이브리드 계절 예측 방법이 개시된다, 본 발명은 SST와 바람시어의 상관계수를 이용한 역학 예측모델 데이터와 태풍의 관측된 통계 데이터를 이용하여 태풍의 발생위치와 이동경로를 예측하도록 함으로써, 사회/경제적 피해를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
