- 본 발명은 혈액 또는 뇌척수액에서 얻어진 시료 중 DSCR1 단백질을 검출하는 제제를 포함하는 퇴행성 신경질환 진단용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 DSCR1 단백질은 알츠하이머병 또는 파킨슨병 환자의 혈액 또는 뇌척수액에서 과발현되므로, 이 발현 차이를 이용하여 알츠하이머병 또는 파킨슨병과 같은 퇴행성 신경질환을 초기에 진단할 수 있으므로, 퇴행성 신경질환 진단용 조성물, 진단 키트 등으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
