- 본 발명은, 정전흡착 장치용 미세섬모 구조물에 관한 것으로, 베이스 부재; 상기 베이스 부재 상에 돌출되어 상호 이격되어 복수 개가 배치되어 있고, 선단에는 접착대상물과 밀착하여 접촉되는 접촉부가 형성된 미세섬모들; 및 전압의 인가 여부에 따라 상기 접촉부가 상기 접착대상물과 밀착 접착하거나 분리되는 힘을 생성시키는 정전기력 제어수단을 포함한다.
