- Abstract
- 본 발명은 기재, 나노 입자 또는 살아 있는 세포의 표면에 형성된 것으로서, 디설파이드 기를 갖는 양전하성 공중합체 및 티올 기를 갖는 음전하성 공중합체가 교차 결합된 다층 조립체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 다층 조립체는 안정할 뿐만 아니라 생체 자극에 의해 분해가 용이하므로 약물 전달 시스템, 생물센서, 생물의학 장치 등의 다양한 용도에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
