- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 다공성 메타물질을 이용한 물분해 광전극 구조는 제1기판; 상기 제1기판상에 기립 성장된 나노로드; 상기 나노로드의 말단부가 삽입될 수 있도록, 일측면에 격자구조로 복수의 구멍이 형성된 메타 구조물; 및 상기 메타 구조물의 타측면에 형성된 제1기판;을 포함하여, 다공성구조의 금속/광촉매 혹은 금속/유전체 나노구조 기반의 메타물질을 형성하여 플라즈몬현상에 의한 광트랩효과를 상승시켜 가시광영역에서의 동작효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
