- 본 발명에 따른 중공-반구형 박막을 이용한 압전 소형발전기는 기판, 기판상에 형성된 하부전극, 하부전극 상에 형성된 중공-반구형 압전 박막층, 중공-반구형 압전 박막층 상에 형성된 절연층, 및 절연층 상에 형성된 상부전극을 포함하여, 압전 소형발전기의 소형화가 가능하고, 에너지 수집에 따른 비용발생을 현저하게 절감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
