- 본 발명에 따른 솔라셀의 반사방지막 형성방법은, 솔라셀(110)의 상부에 제1굴절률 조절층인 이산화티타늄층(120)을 형성하는 이산화티타늄층 형성단계(S210); 상기 이산화티타늄층(120)의 상부에 제2굴절률 조절층인 산화아연층(130)을 형성하는 산화아연층 형성단계(S230); 상기 산화아연층(130)의 상부에 세로방향 굴절률 조절하기 위한 산화아연 나노막대(130)를 성장시켜 형성하는 산화아연 나노막대 형성단계(S250); 및 상기 산화아연 나노막대(130)의 표면에 산화마그네슘층(140)을 형성하는 산화마그네슘층 형성단계(S270);를 포함한다.
