리튬 이차 전지의 충방전 방법에 관한 것으로, 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극; 음극; 및 전해질;을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지의 충방전 방법이되, 하기 반응식 1이 진행되는 전압 구간에서 반응 용량이 60-140mAh/g이 될 때, 컷-오프 전압을 0.1V 이상 올리는 것인 리튬 이차 전지의 충방전 방법을 제공한다.
